Estate Description

The estate is located on a beautiful hillside, 350m. from the seashore and covers a total area of 43.000 sq.m. The mild slope grants the estate with magnificent views to the Aegean Sea and Poulithra village as well as Spetses island.

At a distance of 500m. you are in the center of Poulithra village with its traditional taverns, restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries and mini markets.

The estate hosts a variety of vegetation consisting mainly of carob trees and subtropical plants while in especially designed areas all types of vegetables are grown for the consumption of the visitors.

Existing Development

The existing development consists of luxurious villas of various sizes of the highest standards while large-scale infrastructure constructions for the overall plot have already been completed including asphalt road, underground electricity infrastructure, lighting, drainage piping, bridges etc.
